theres nothing worse than a "cool" christian

Indeed. Late 30's youth minister dude with gel in his hair and an earring hanging out with the teens.

What I love most about this post is that this image looks absolutely nothing like the description OMC gave.

Poster 1: "Fat white men with long hair and beards are the worst."

Poster 2: (posts image of Rhianna.)

He's a character from The Americans; he's an annoying youth minister dude hanging out with the teens.

He also probably inspires a ton of wig-envy from the protagonists with that outrageous 'do of his.

One of the weirdest, socially awkward people I've ever met is a guy that's currently on my team at work, and he commutes from Eureka every day. I can only assume, with the evidence available, that Eureka is a breeding ground for weirdos.

Yes. Got recruited there for a sport, so I took a visit. Full of weirdos, both at the college and especially the townies.

Not really. Normal Cornbelters if you wanna catch an independent league ballgame. Some decent golf courses.

If you like beer, Destihl is located there and they make some terrific stuff.

I'm bumping this not only because of the homer, but also to let everyone know that Starlin is playing at a 2-win pace. Zobrist is above a 3.5-win pace. Starlin's also been worth -4 DRS and -1.6 UZR at second. That's for everyone (myself included) complaining about stupid Zobrist ruining our dream defense by playing second while Bryant has to play in the outfield. For the record, Zobrist has been worth 0 DRS and 0.9 UZR at second.

On a similar note, the guy that we traded for Dexter and the guy that Dexter replaced this year, Valbuena and Coghlan, respectively, have both been worth -0.4 fWAR thus far this year.

Zobrist is fine. I have no quarrel with Zobrist. But it is Javy that is presently filling the Starlin-shaped hole in my heart. It doesn't hurt that he's produced more fWAR (0.5 vs 0.4) in 57 fewer PA.

That's all well and good, but what kind of changes have we seen with his Creepy Weirdo Index?

He's with Joe. It's cool.

Teacher's pet-kinda deal? Creepy weirdo factor....rising.

No, awkward cousin hanging with the crew,or going into a club, or a backroom deal and zobrist is the new guy. "He's cool, he's with me" vouching for the new guy kinda deal.

So now he's Donnie Brasco? Or Mr. Orange?

DAMMIT, WHY IS THIS SO DIFFICULT.
