Well, my question would apply to other areas that don't have such a law. Like, if I go walk into a girls bathroom right now, that's gonna cause a whole scene. But, if I were a full-blown tranny that looked like a woman, I would be able to walk right in (what's been happening forever). So, I'm just wondering how the law is written. What defines a tranny?

I honestly had no idea it was a derogatory term. I thought it was just short, like the way it is for "transmission". I know a guy who is dating a girl that has a penis, and he refers to her as a tranny. My bad.

The sad reality is almost everywhere is outside of a handful of European countries and, what, Canada? I thought you were talking about general government suppression/human rights violations, in which case China is arguably king.
