So there's been talk of the Cubs being interested, possibly more interested than in Price. There was also that report that Greinke probably won't be back in LA because of a stance against guys with a certain amount of innings logged or something, but that's probably just posturing.

i guess it's terrible for me to laugh at but it has manifested itself in hilarious ways in his interactions with media and such over the years

I'm not even sure which of those 2 I hope gets him. I'd pull for the Dodgers if I thought they'd leave their rotation alone at that point, but I doubt they would and I don't want to see them get him and make a trade for one of the Indian guys or someone else.

On the social anxiety. My roommate's friend in college was from KC. When Greinke was with the Royals this guy saw him at a mall and went up to say hi. Greinke almost immediately asked for his phone number and asked him if he would be his friend. This guy was a huge Royals fan, but the way Greinke asked creeped him out so much he gave him a fake number.
