Is it a legitimate theory that Jake is gassed from the workload and his mechanics are effected?

 

I'm not criticizing the workload. Because of it were leading game 3 of the NLDS, but just want to know if this is a blip or should we be worried for any further Jake starts this season.

 

I dunno, but I wish Lester had had a better season... and better flipping RUN SUPPORT. You can't win a title on the arm of one pitcher. Hell, back in 2003 the Cubs couldn't do it on the arms of three.

 

Uhm, what does the bold have to do with anything right now? How are they only stuck with one reliable pitcher? Lester has a 5 WAR season.
