Hopefully we pull this out, but between this game, the Lester game at Busch, the Peralta game, and that stupid game in April where we led 5-0 at Busch, this season series (and probably the division) was ours for the taking.

 

In general, the tide is beginning to turn, but hopefully it's in the playoffs we get our redemption.

I keep wanting to complain about the amount of [expletive] that's kept the Cubs from the division lead so far (fluky losses against the Cardinals and them playing at a 100 win pace despite loads of injuries thanks to a historically high LOB% rate), but that's baseball. There's no one to blame except the fates, and bottling up rage is only going to hurt you in the long run.
