Authentic; I haven't gotten one in years. Prior was the last name I got on one.

 

In 2008 I got the smart idea that every time I went to Wrigley I'd buy an authentic jersey across the street. I now have a closet of guys like Fukudome and Marmol.

 

The worst part is I don't wear jerseys anymore.

LaStella has been disappointing in failing to live up to the Ecksteinian expectations laid upon him. I was expecting at least three articles from Kaplan about his heart and grit by this point of the season.

Apparently you can be a successful pitcher by lobbing curveballs and sliders into the strikezone.

 

(Yes, I realize how meatbally this sounds).

La Stella is pretty bad, I'll never get that trade

 

Well, we had no middle infield depth. I mean, Jonathan Herrera was able to survive the whole season without being cut. And LaStella showed that he was a decent on-base guy in Atlanta. And Vizcaino is a relief pitcher that has been hurt for, like, 8 consecutive seasons. And, he's sorta just meh.

Vizcaino has been really good this year closing games for Atlanta. He would be a lot better than a Rodney or Soriano have been.
