Also, very nice to see Happ heating up, especially after inexplicable Brett Jackson comparisons.

Blackburn's 9 Ks in 7 and Stinnett's 8 through 6 is pretty sweet.

That's just the 2nd HR in 81.2 innings Blackburn has given up. He's given up 2 runs or less in 10 of his last 11 starts. Finishing up very strong.

After today, his ERA's down to 2.99. In his past 10 starts, he has a 1.99 ERA/1.01 WHiP 11/41 BB/K in 54 IP.

Eloy with a dinger for Eugene. C. Villanueva with one for Iowa.

Rubi Silva is 26, but played in Cuba. Can he be a MLB player? Here been pretty good at Iowa after a slow start.

Eloy didn't hit a HR - he went 0/4 with a sac fly and a BB: http://www.milb.com/milb/stats/stats.jsp?gid=2015_08_15_eveasx_eugasx_1&t=g_box&sid=milb

And Villanueva went 0/5 with 2 Ks: http://www.milb.com/milb/stats/stats.jsp?gid=2015_08_15_iowaaa_lvgaaa_1&t=g_box&sid=milb

Worth mentioning that Ryan Williams had yet another strong start for Tennessee: 6 IP, 3 H, 1 R, 1 ER, 2 BB, 4 K.

Silva was given a $1MM bonus as an IFA in 2010, I think as a 2B, before big IFA bonuses were a thing, at least for us. So they must have thought fairly highly of him. But that was 2010. And while his career .282/.429 BA/SLG aren't awful, his .305 OBP is.

What the hell was I looking at?!?!? I check the box scores each day but must've looked at an old one.
