One of his injuries last year was just a weird case of misdiagnosis and he was playing on a fracture shin or something for 6 weeks of the year. Then when he came back he had a bothersome hamstring, and now this. That's it. He hasn't been Mr. Glass by any means. The hamstring issue was what most people were concerned about going into this season and it hasn't been an issue yet.

Soler is expected to be back the day he's eligible to come off the DL according to Rotoworld. Good news.

 

Jorge Soler (ankle) expects to be activated from the disabled list on June 17, the first day he's eligible.

The swelling in Soler's left ankle has subsided greatly since he was placed on the disabled list last week. "I've improved a lot since I got hurt," Soler said. The outfielder has yet to resume baseball activities, so it would be wise not to write down a June 17 return in ink until he's working out with no issues. Still, the early signs are encouraging. I know its only 2 games but Soler is 0-7 in AAA so far on his rehab assignment with 3k's... he might need a bit more time down there than was originally assumed...
