Man I'm over DRose. All his dumb comments, grubbing for more money 2 years before FA, not finishing his rehab by playing in games, and this recent civil suit are just too much. This guy is scummy.

Rose says things were so cool the following day — the accuser casually had a cup of coffee with her roommate in the morning after the sex … and headed into work for a full shift. The implication is that a rape victim would have been way too distraught to have done any of that.

 

That settles it. There couldn't have been a rape if she drank a cup of coffee the next morning.

Rose has now filed docs of his own in which he claims the accuser “consented to sexual interaction with more than one co-defendant on more than one occasion, consented to sexual interactions on the day in question, and invited the defendants to her apartment and buzzed them in.”

 

Rose says things were so cool the following day — the accuser casually had a cup of coffee with her roommate in the morning after the sex … and headed into work for a full shift. The implication is that a rape victim would have been way too distraught to have done any of that.

 

In the docs, Rose says the woman only began to get upset with him a few weeks or months later because she felt she should have been reimbursed for one of the sex toys she bought and used during the night in question.

Rose says the woman got even angrier with him because started ignoring her texts.

maybe he hoped that rose would be more concerned with making up for some of the money the bulls have lost on that disastrous contract, and not focused on how he can get more in 2 years.

Lots of players talk about their next contracts. I don't see the harm in that. It is a strange thing to do though when you have vastly underperformed so far in your current contract. Also, and I didn't hear what spurred on his answer about his next contract, but it does contrast with his early career when everything he talked about in terms of his motivations was "I just want to win". Now it's about playing for his next contract.

 

Again, I don't have a problem with anything that he said, it's just a little odd.

From what I saw he wasn't really asked about the contract or led into it with a question at all, he just kinda rambled into talking about it answering/responding to something completely unrelated. So yeah just being a creepy unfiltered idiot

i started out more just generally commenting on how bent out of shape the local media, fans on twitter and facebook, and, least importantly, sports radio callers, are getting over rose saying stupid [expletive]. it's as though they don't expect him to constantly be spewing diarrhea of the mouth whenever there's a mic in front of him.

but you're kind of doing the same thing. of course radio callers and the like will be spewing diarrhea. that's not surprising. just stop subjecting yourself to them.

 

i think the more noteworthy thing is that even his past defenders are finally unwilling to give this guy the benefit of the doubt. i have no problem with people calling out his recent comments, because they're just the latest is a long line of idiocy.
