A large part of me really wants to see classic Romo vs. classic Cutler in this game. I want to see both guys throw for like 340 with 3 TDs and 3 INTs and a fumble each with throws that are just absolutely ridiculously bad.

Briggs was a beast in his prime. He and Urlacher were the best pair of LB's in the League for at least 5 years. The end has been less enjoyable to watch.

Great players. I'll stop there.

Tillman is like the only Bear I can think of going back a long, long time who I wasn't ready to see go by the end.

Mike Brown. Tillman's career is seemingly ending the same way as Brown's.

If only Brown had lasted as long

Brown was just frustrating. Seemed like a good a guy and was awesome when healthy, but 2004-2007 really made it feel like he wasn't going to last so that by the time he played his last game as a Bear it wasn't surprising. At least he got to go out with one last decent year as a Bear. Poor Peanut wasn't so lucky.

The Bears should have the 11th pick in the draft going into this game. Same record but lower picks than Minnesota and the second place team in the NFC South between Atlanta/New Orleans. Same record but higher pick than St Louis and the NFC South winner of Atlanta/New Orleans.

With this week all about wrapped up it confirms that top 8 is all but out of the question. Maybe one team could decide to go off on a win streak, but by and large none of the worst teams have even a relatively easy schedule. Projecting their record out, its hard to see anything higher than their current 11, even with a week 17 win in Minnesota, but it is the NFL and even one win against Dal/Det/NO could drop them down several spots.

I REALLY want to win this game.

Yeah, about 99% of my friends are either Cowboys, Giants, Steelers, or 49ers fans if they aren't Bears fans. At this point, I'm hoping for bragging rights by beating all 4 in the last 2 years.
