There was a rule passed after the Tebowing year that you can't go to the ground to celebrate in any manner. Antonio Brown got flagged for it this week too, but he was not praying.

NFL's Michael Signora just tweeted that the praying should not have been penalized. Apparently there's an exemption for praying in the rule.
