It's hard to say because sometimes we've been depending on playing it "safe" and trying to keep them on the perimeter without playing for risky breakouts, which isn't great for puck possession, but LA has had the better of it I think.

Blackhawks have outchanced them last I checked (just prior to end of 2nd) 15-10 total, 12-9 EV. Completely dominated the 2nd period.

The biggest concern I have for the 3rd period are phantom make-up calls to make the PP #s look more even.

I know it's not the only stat but the Hawks are finally having a good SOG game so far.

And I pick up on cues from the other bitchers here (like people saying season over. Do you really think anyone is saying that with sincerity midway through the 1st period of a tied game?) If other people weren't forebearers of bitching, I would keep my nerves to myself.
