So is that the new thing in special teams, have your onside kick line up set up so you have no chance to recover. The Browns one looked terrible and we know how the Bears is. Edited by Brian

Josh just told Okmin Jay played good but definitely wanted 2 throws back

And Jay said there were actually more throws he wanted back, because he's that cool.

I give him credit. Played better than McCown would have.

Watched some porn, too.

Well Philly's defense is bad

Hope it's this bad next week too.

Pressure is on you Detroit.

I think my nightmare scenario is Bears finish this one, win next week, Lions lose 1 of the next two, and then Bears lose to Packers at home and Lions win there last game sending the Bears home with tiebreaker with a 9-7 record

I already said this

Is Rodgers ever going to play at this point? Packers are pretty much dead in the water aren't they?

Well the true worst case scenario is all that was said above plus being shredded by a GB team with nothing to play for being led by Matt Flynn.

Maybe the biggest takeaway is that Cutler is healthy and can make all the throws

The ones he was sailing were all similar throws and had/have me a little worried. Hopefully just rust.

Didn't see it later in the game. It was just rust.

They also mentioned that the wind shifted during halftime and it was more favorable passing conditions in the 2nd half.

Gotta give jay credit for turning it around and having a good day. I figured he was

gonna make a ricketts of it after the first half.

Cleveland had the 7th ranked overall defense heading into today. Cutler, even with a rusty first half, moved the ball easily. The doubters need to look at the differences between the caliber of D's each of Cutler and McCown have played.

If the Bears do make the playoffs, having Ratliffe, Briggs, and Peanut back is going to really strengthen the defense. Still, no pressure from the line and bad safety play. I don't see the latter improving.

You are looking at dumb defensive metrics if you think Cleveland has a top d.
