Is there any recent scouting report on Leal?

 

The most recent I can find is here, which says he was high 80's, and now may be low 90's, on the fb with an advanced breaking ball and he has a change-up.

 

 

Also, there is apparently a ballot initiative to vote Baez into the futures game.

After an extensive internet search, that report is the latest I could find. However, nowhere did I find that Leal may now be throwing in the low 90s. Not in that link or in any other. Where did you get that?

I'm sure there was a great reason Blackburn started in instructs and not in the MWL but given his incredible start in short season ball along with reports of how advanced he is, I can't help but be disappointed he's in Boise right now. (I know Truffle said something last time out.)

Earlier on I was worried that they were just regurgitating some reports that we had seen pre-draft and that were followed up by some reports of high 80's when he pitched in AZ last year.
