Seriously, the most critical part of a managers job and Sveum is possibly the worst I've ever seen at it. I'm so tired of watching this crap predictably happen night after night in close games. It's so irritating. I really try not to be knee jerk about stuff like this and I realize he has crap to work with, but sending these young guys out for a second inning after a successful outing is just stupid. He's not building any confidence, especially when the second inning of work is against the meat of the order.
