I need my hotel in [expletive] Hole, Missouri tonight to have either (a) NBCSN or (b) a fast enough internet to stream from nbcsports.com.

I'm likely to go 0-2, and there's no BWW anywhere close.

Duncan Keith is not on the ice for #Blackhawks' morning skate prior to Game 4. His wife is expecting any day so that may be the cause.

Ugh...athletes really ought to plan pregnancies a bit better than that...no due dates during the freaking playoffs.

Bolland and Emery both practiced yesterday but neither will play tonight. At least it looks like Bolland is making progress...

Well, in fairness, their free time to get it on is pretty limited and makes for the likelihood of this happening.

Yeah I suppose that's true.

The Norris Trophy-winning defenseman flew home Monday night for the birth of his son Tuesday morning, but he will return for Game 4 against the Minnesota Wild despite missing the morning skate at the Xcel Energy Center.

"It's an exciting day for the Keiths, we're happy for him," Hawks coach Joel Quenneville said. "It's good. We’re encouraged that he'll be here today. So that's good news all around."

Wouldn't have faulted him at all for missing the game tonight, but definitely awesome of him to make it back. Now stop turning the puck over in the defensive zone.

I'd much rather replace Bollig with Morin or Smith on that 4th line. That line has already shown it can generate chances and score goals since they don't have to face the Wild's top pair. Having a better forechecker and finisher on that line would make a bigger difference than the emergency goonishness provided by Gorilla Salad.

hahaha, i love it. too bad the former will never happen though

We need to move on and get into an interesting series. All the good storylines are elsewhere. Habs-Sens, NYI-Pens, and especially the Canucks complaining about diving. Pot, meet kettle doesn't even start to describe that one. Loved Burish, who said if Bieksa wants to talk about diving he should talk to Kesler and Burrows.

If (when) the Canucks get swept and AV gets fired, I hope the new coach tries to change the culture of diving and dirty play that they'd had in Vancouver. The guys they have should try to win games by being good at hockey instead of aping Italian soccer players.

I love the Canucks laying a fat one in the first round, but on the other hand, I'd like Torres out of the playoffs.

I would be fine with a lack of interesting storylines.

Just wins please.

I know you Hawks fans have a hatred for everything Canuck...but the Sharks are some diving fools, especially at playoff time

In the words of John Lee Hooker: "Before you accuse me, take a look at yourself"

Any team with Kessler, Burrows and the Swedish diving team has no right to complain about anyone else diving ever for the rest of time.

Why does Minnys offense seem so much better since the series moved?

You'd expect them to have more energy (especially in Game 3) with them being home and what not, but they've looked like a different team.
