Got a new modem and a bump in Internet to 30 Mbps. Gamecenter suddenly looks perfect.

That seems excessive. Unless you're trying to stream in super HD or something

I don't know it's what Charter offered me for $25/mo.

It almost looked like Sharp grabbed that stick before it smacked him.

For $25 a month, you take that every time, unless you've got a FIOS option. but 1080 HD only needs a few MBPS to work, so it's a little excessive for that if you're not sharing with a bunch of people also streaming video.

And damn, are we spoiled by this team right now

Wow, that's an amazing deal. I'm paying 20/mo. for 3mbps down / 384Kbps up. I talked them down from 29.99/month. I hate AT&T, but there's not a lot of options where I live. I also HATE their 150gb bandwidth cap.

Yeah Charter is funny they call me all the time to discuss what I have because they want to talk me into dropping directv, which I won't do. But they always look for some code to give me some new promo for my phone and internet combo, and it always involves improving the Internet speed.

So it just keeps getting faster. Actually ran a speedtest just now and it was 34 up/4.75 down. Crazy.

It seemed like most of the team played in not exactly slow motion but not exactly full speed either. Rozsival was a turnover machine, they couldn't clear the puck for what seemed like the entire 3rd period and Kane, Hossa and Sharp weren't feeling it.

Blame it on being home, as Edzo kept saying, but at this point complacency is the biggest opponent the Hawks have right now. It's only one game. I fully realize that they can't go out and dominate veryone every night. They can certainly tighten things up though.

Yeah they just put the game in the freezer for the first 14 minutes or so of the 3rd and finally Anaheim was able to break through for a few minutes of sustained pressure before the goal. These things are going to happen, but the problem is the completely took their foot off the gas. There's a balance there between being aggressive and being overly aggressive, they just didn't find it last night.

I'd still rather be a fan of this team right now that any other in the league.

Agreed. Even on a bad night they still got a point. I love seeing Leddy getting involved on the offense and it was great to see Saad rewarded with a goal. Bickell also had a really good game.
