Only thing I could think was he thought the player angled his skate to bank it in. But it looked like it went off his stick, and either way, that's reviewable. So it must have been some perceived interference.

 

Either way, Kane should have scored on that last shift.

The Hawks have looked improved but one thing that hasn't is turnovers in their zone/not clearing well. Still infuriating at times.

If it's going to take about 55 points to make the playoffs then the Hawks could lose half their remaining games and still be ok.
