We discussed this a week or two ago. Consensus was that the player was about to salute, and the Marine didn't like that. At all.

They handled USC and USC was supposed to be elite. Then they lost to UW.

 

edit: the point being if a supposed elite team, USC, loses to Stanford... they're not elite. I'm not saying Stanford is/was elite.

USC isn't and wasn't elite. You shouldn't trust preseason polls. Their weaknesses were pretty obvious.

I'm not looking forward to multiple Alabama/LSU games again this year. I hope Oregon can stay undefeated but they'll probably find a way to lose.

Have you seen Florida State's schedule? Going undefeated shouldn't be a problem, and if there are any other options, the Bama/LSU thing won't happen again.
