Also, what is the point of the time-out for the punt? Is it just to the punt return team on the field? The rams were already in Bears territory (close enough for a field goal) so the most likely outcomes would be a punt into the end zone, a punt angled out of bounds, or a punt that Hester would have to fair catch anyway since the defenders would be there before the ball. Then, they would just run the clock out anyway... totally stupid.
