DeVoss is pretty interesting if he can stick at 2B. Don't know what he's actually looked like out there, but he's made a ton of errors.

He can't stick at 2B.

move him to 3rd can't stick or to the OF can't stick?

OF - he's brutal in the infield.

And most likely not CF either.

Agreed.

Also he can't really hit.

And agreed.

It's gonna be awesome when the system is good enough that we can mostly ignore fringey guys. (And I consider that classification being generous to Zeke)

I doubt there's more than 4-5 systems tops, out there that a guy like DeVoss isn't a borderline top 30 type in. I think where what you're asking for to happen, is for us to have 15-20ish B- and better types. Which I definitely see on the horizon, since most of our better talent is in the low levels right now.

I think Campana is a decent guy to model the expectations after for DeVoss. Originally a 2B, moved to the OF because they can't hack it there, a "natural" LF that might be able to fake it in CF because of speed. DeVoss doesn't have Campana's loony toon speed, but he's also a more productive hitter at a younger age.

Almora is 2/3 with a triple. Rough outing for Blackburn.

Marco Hernandez has extended his hitting streak to 17.
