remember, the worse of a ballclub we are today, the better we'll be in 15 years.

Right. That's what we'll go with.

It only happens to Sulley's teams.

Although he just hit the ball one foot, Starlin has been having better at bats the last two games. If he keeps this up, the walks and a hot streak will come.

Why do you think the walks will come?

The more he works the count and gets to three balls, the more often the fourth one will come. He ain't going to be walking like Adam Dunn, but he'll average more than the two he's averaging per month now.

Ok, he will walk more because he will learn to, but when is the last time you saw Castro work the count?

He's been doing it the last two games, getting into much better hitting counts. Just tonight, I believe he was 3-0 and 2-0 in two of his at bats. That's a good sign. He has been swinging at a ton of junk as of late, and you can tell he is a lot more calm at the plate right now. In my opinion.

I just watched the Soriano play again. Did he do that on purpose to prevent the double play? I doubt they would have turned it either way, but Soriano didn't know that so it may have been a smart play.

I just thought they were really crappy pitches he took, but whatever, he will walk when there is an actual threat behind him (LaHair doesn't count, everyone thought they could get LaHair out, now they are).
