There has to be some, but I honestly can't remember ever seeing him missing a game tie/game winner except for free throws

That's getting to be a problem teamwide.

If you put LeBron on Rose, who guards Deng?

If I'm the Heat, who cares? Deng is shooting 41%. I'd let him get the ball whenever he wanted.

He's hot and cold, depending on how his wrist is feeling. But yeah, I don't think defending Deng is a massive priority.

It depends on who else is on the floor, but presumably Wade or Battier.

even with 4 airballs tonight for rose, i completely felt like that was going in

He missed 2 in one game just last week.

I didn't watch that game.... I knew examples would come up, was hoping it wouldn't be that recent.

If I'm Thibs, I rest Deng tonight vs the Wiz and Wed vs the Bobcats. Let him rest that wrist and come back and play against Miami on Thurs. Only one more back to back after that, to end the season. Rest him that last game against Cleveland, and he should be ready to go for the playoffs and still be able to keep his game rythm.

Good news, everyone! Deng is most likely out tonight with a rib injury.

Even better news! Rose is a "game time decision" with a new right foot injury.

Apparently its the other ankle.

Is he still wearing the super-light shoes? I feel like his ankle problems last year came right after they debuted the new shoes. I remember thinking at the time that it was bad publicity and bad timing for adidas. I know re-injuring a healing ankle can be pretty easy, but now it seems like he is rolling an ankle every time he plays. Maybe it is the shoes.

I was bored with this game by the 2nd quarter and decided to go do something else. Looks like the Bulls had the same thought.

Rose did a GQ interview. Says that the basketball star lifestyle doesn't fit his personality.

As for his relationship with Jordan, Rose said, “I’ve run into him a couple of times, but we don’t have a relationship. His titles drive me. I’m not scared of him; if anything, it makes me work harder when I do train.”

In case anyone is still entertaining the thought that the Bulls might not get the #1 seed...
