I was looking ahead at my pitching starts for the finals (no offense Shane!) and noticed that week 25 is 10 days long. I was wondering how everyone thought we should handle this...

I have no vested interest in what happens this year, but if the MLB schedule is the same next year I'd suggest reinstating the 22nd week of the regular season, starting the playoffs one week later, and having a 10-day finals with 10 starts.

17 starts would lead to some serious dumpster diving with people being shut down, saved for the playoffs, etc. it will be nearly impossible to get 17 starts and keep anything remotely close to a legal roster.

I definitely look at the finals as a two week competition with a single score instead of individual weeks. I'd prefer the combined starts no matter how many it is.

Unfortunately, it has been so long since I've been in the finals I can't remember if that's how we do it or not!

Clint,

What do you want to do?

Sorry Tim, was gone last week on vacation. We'll obviously stick with 14 combined starts over the two weeks like we discussed via e-mail.
