Hey soccer10k.... you want to meet up for supper tomorrow evening ??

Potentially. What time are you going to be around?

I have to work and probably won't get home until 6ish.

As I think about it.... I probably wouldn't make it there 'til 8 or 9.

Then I'd say it's a plan. Give me a call or shoot me a text when you get in town. I assume we'll meet at the truck stop like usual?

Sounds good. I'll give you a call about 1900 with an ETA.

Geovany Soto has a 1.047 OPS against lefties this year and a .934 OPS in his career.

Koyie Hill is at .243 OPS this year and .604 for his career.

But by all means, Mike Quade, lets leave Hill in there to bat against the lefty.

It should be a tie game right about now, but it isn't. Doug and Blake know what I'm talking about.

We'd also have a significantly better chance of being tied or ahead if Koyie Hill wouldn't have batted last inning.

does he really throw that hard, or is the gun at the cell a little hot tonight?

That's just what Pat & Keith were wondering.

He's hit 100 in the minors, iirc. And he was hitting 98 and 99 at Wrigley. I'm buying it.

Has he been clocked in the triple digits? It wouldn't be that surprising for someone who works with a 95-97 mph fastball consistently.

granted i dont pay attention to the minors as much as i should, but this is the first ive heard about a relief prospect in our system that throws 100
