Done. No, I won't reverse it, because anything can happen between now and then. Pena could be hurt, or you might change your mind. When Longoria comes off the DL, you have to decide what you want to do, and post it here.

I would like to get the opinion of the members participating... should I allow a Manny mulligan? I know it's sort of the same as if someone is injured and out for the year, but a retirement out the blue seems extreme.

It's basically the same situation as if someone was injured the first week of the year and was declared out for the year. It's the perfect excuse to use one of the substitutions, which is a large reason they're provided. Once the season starts, though, I don't think mulligans should be allowed.
