That is definitely the best use of Brandon Phillips in the first inning with nobody out and a runner in scoring position of the first game of the year.

 

Don't forget down by three runs. :good:

And it gets better.

 

Theriot mishandles a throw in from the outfield which allows a Padre to score. SD up 4-3 in the top of the 11th.
