Hendry plans to make 2-3 good offseason moves

Not that Fukudome is the greatest player on Earth. But I think the difference between the Cubs competing for the playoffs and trying to hold off the Astros for 4th place, strongly hinges on whether or not the Cubs trade Fukudome.

 

The alternative is probably Colvin 150 games/year. And the offense is that much more likely to NOT get on base enough next year.
