good defense

 

I didn't think the defense was all that bad. They got the ball at the Bears 40 because of the INT. They got 15 yards because of a roughing the yard penalty. So they gained 25 yards on the other 5-6 plays. Good for them.

 

they also converted two 3rd-and-8's

 

one of them they converted because of the penalty.

 

like i said, good defense

 

It was good defense...the difference between Peppers getting a clean QB hit and a roughing the passer penalty is like a half second. If the hit is clean, the play happened like it was supposed to Peppers puts a ton of quick pressure on stafford on a 3rd and long and he has to throw it away.

too slow to be a wr, too skinny to be a good blocker.

 

he's like a 3-4 middle linebacker, except there's no scheme to cover up his inadequacies.
