and really who cares if we beat houston? i'd rather have us lose games so that the tradeable assets get dealt. the last thing the cubs need is to win a bunch of games, get up to a 5% chance of making the playoffs and have management believing that this year's team could make some noise. just tank it the rest of the way, get a better draft pick and ensure that hendry and lou are gone.

Man. Soooo frustrating watching this from the bleachers today.

 

You've got Marmol walking the damn world and then Soto dropping the game winning peg from the outfield.

 

It's just not quality baseball anymore from this club. Changes please.

 

This was the only Cubs game I'll be at all year (also the bleachers) and that's what I seen.

Those bleachers were the worst place in the world to be for that game, too.

 

The Sun just pounding everyone into submission for hours. A close game so you felt like you needed to stay. Then a debacle right at the end to cap off everyone's pre-heat stroke headache!
