Wow, 2 page game thread. I guess thats all it deserves.

I'm stunned by the level of apathy already this season. I know the team has been bad, but I can't ever remember everyone giving up so early.

 

I think its the fact that we know the problems, have available solutions, but our manager is too dumb or stubborn to make the necessary changes, and the higher ups are too dumb or stubborn to fire the manager.

The sad thing is we could have won a 1-0 game if it werent for Fontenot and Theriot teaming up for that Benny Hill misplay off Kinslers bat in the 5th or 6th or whenever the hell it was. Maybe not, but you never know.

well, this game isn't going to end well, so I may as well ask a question that i don't feel like making a topic about.

 

 

What's the best hotel I can stay at in chicago that is:

 

1. close to Wrigley, although it doesn't have to be close, I can take the public transportation

2. close to bars. This one is important.

3. around 50-60 per night for 1 person.

4. Not in a bad area.

He's fine is he's planning on bringing 5 of his closest friends with him to share said hotel room.

 

 

I'm not looking for high quality lodging here. I found a Best Western close to the area that I'll book soon. It'll just be me, two friends are flying in from Washington and we're watching the game together and I'm staying in the hotel room.

like everyone else said, bad offensive display. what was it 1-8 with RISP? Thankful it wasnt worse, Lilly looked really bad in the first inning, but was better later on, real positive there....
