We're up 3-2 and I have no confidence, that's how crazy this series has been. The Flyers are almost bullet proof at home. I just hope we can find a way to steal one there to win the cup.

So in terms of penalizable actions Pronger has taken in the series, where does that hooking rank? Top 20?

Top 35. Maybe.

Best part of the game was Pronger trying to get back on Sharp' goal, that was hilarious. He's in mud and the Hawks just flied by the Flyer. The third Flyer goal should have never counted and, the SOB, Hartnell should be suspended for game 6, intent all the way with that elbow on Kopecky.

can't wait to watch the replay of the game on the NHLN later

how loud was the UC during the first? were they scared, or were they loud and into it?

philly had 2 point blank open-net chances on a pk in the second. the first richards shot right into niemi's pad and the second i think leino hit seabrook in the back while he was in the open net.

got very lucky on those.

It was loud from the very beginning.

Anthem was insanely loud. But after that I thought there were some nerves. Of course that went away when the avalanche started.

He got away with his usual slew of cross-checks and hacks, but he was called for a hook on Kane that was questionable. Well, in the regular season it's an obvious penalty. In the playoffs, it was a surprising call.

The crowd wasn't as bad as I thought they'd be. Maybe a little nerves but it helped that the Hawks came out flying. Dex, I can't possibly stress enough how much we dominated the first period. When you watch it later you'll be like "holy [expletive]". I was waiting for the Hawks to dominate a period, but they dominated that period even more than I ever thought they could. A lot to be happy about tonight.

and didn't get called for a hook?

He got called for hooking on a pretty weak hook. It makes no sense that he could be called for that and not all the other crap unless you think they were just looking to call one on him to shut people up.

And in the last few minutes and after the game the "WE WANT THE CUP" chant finally started up. Sweet music.

Wow Comcast just showed that on Versteeg's goal (the 3rd one in the first), the Hawks clearly had 6 men on the ice. I mean it wasn't even close.
