I didn't see the earlier play but Holliday was at least three feet away from the bag. If he was six inches and they called him on it, sure, then it's probably BS. but his left arm wasn't anywhere near the bag.

He slid 3 feet out of the bag. That's cheap. I'd say that if a Cub had done that. I don't really care that much about the rivalry nor this game.
