Another Hawks game on Vs., another I won't get to watch. Which really sucks because Monday night is the only night of the week I am normally not out of town.

 

Directv and Vs. need to get on it and fix this [expletive]. I know they probably won't though until the playoffs come and the pressure is really on them.

Kinda makes you wonder why he didn't have the surgery during the summer...probably hoping it would go away with rest.

 

Really big loss. Bolland seems to be one of our smartest and best 2-way players. I supported his big payday, but now I don't like all that money going to a 23 year old who is already having back surgery. I believe he comes off the cap though, so hopefully we can pick up a number 2 center at some point, otherwise I could see them shifting Sharp back there, which hurts. That Madden signing is getting better by the day.

 

Good deal of criticism can and should be directed at the Hawks for the handling of both Hossa and Bolland injuries. Hopefully this is the end of the injury bug, because the circus trip is going to be a doozy. I hate that darn trip.

That was a nice win. We've taken 5 out of 6 points from Colorado this year - gotta be happy with that.

 

Which is nice, but we've also given them 4 out of 6 points.

Marian Hossa is expected to return in late November.

 

That's all I care about with Hossa at this point in time.
