Good to see I'm not crazy. For the last couple of weeks, I've been saying that its the one thing that holds me back from thinking he can keep this up.

He's hit .250/.309/.446/.755 over his last 22 games. Which isn't bad but is definitely down from where he started.

Eh he's a backup. It's not like he should ever be getting a ton of at bats. I imagine he will get more selective as he gets older.

The point is, I'd love for him not to be a backup. But he needs to work the count more to do so because he has a lot of other things going for him. Plus, he's 27...I don't see him improving on his plate discipline much.

With the amount of money we spend on our team there is no way he will ever start for us barring an injury. We will always have a better first and third.

Anyone else get the feeling that Len and probably Bob is getting fed up with the whole interviewing movie stars thing

... not nearly as fed up as I am with listening to them !!!!

Glad he managed to trap that. If it got past Fuld, that would have been a disaster.

Nope, a disaster would have been us getting through this game without getting Miles in. It would have been dumb to use Fontenot to leadoff and then play second. What with Fontenot being a much better player than aaron.
