Love Miltons excitement. Theriot would have been nowhere near getting Milton on that play. Hell of a try from Cedeno

He's like the anti-Fuku. Kosuke is an iceman, Milton get excited for getting as much as a walk.

Does anyone else not like Theriot as a leadoff hitter?

Hes hitting .348 out of the leadoff spot, but hes only taken 2 walks in almost 50 at bats leading off. I guess if he keeps hitting .350 he really doesnt need to walk much, but odds of that happening are slim.

Cubs got a break at 2nd base and took advantage of it wow. Lee looked scared to slide at home, Im guessing because of his neck issues.

That's my thing, he won't keep doing that and he isn't walking at all anymore.

Don't slide DLee. The last thing we need is him getting hurt.

Good point. I suppose I should be satisfied for the gift run

Cruz has a higher batting average than on base percentage. How is this possible?

This requires having almost no walks or HBP and having a relatively high number of sac fly's. (from Wiki:) "if a player has 2 hits in 6 at bats with a sacrifice fly, his batting average would be .333, but his on-base percentage would be .286"

Anything is possible when you are a Pirate. Except winning. Or being individually good for multiple seasons without getting traded.
