Hart was rather effectively wild his first couple starts (but still lucky to give up only the runs he did).

 

He's missing his spots badly today.

 

I still don't think he's awful. He'd probably finish the year with an ERA between 5 and 5.25 if he started all season, which is about right for somebody who will likely always be a 6th/7th/8th starter in the majors.
