Well, I hope they win it on your telecast.

It could be a different outcome for him. I still re-watch Top Gun once in a while, hoping Goose lives.

It would probably be a good idea to win tomorrow with us going to Philly for three games where we never seem to play well. Although I'd give us a slight edge in the pitching matchups for that series...

Ted Lilly (9-6, 3.18) vs. Rodrigo Lopez (1-0, 3.18)

Rich Harden (6-6, 5.06) vs. Jamie Moyer (9-6, 5.58)

Carlos Zambrano (6-4, 3.36) vs. Cole Hamels (5-5, 4.72)

I remember us lighting up Lopez when he was with Colorado in 2007. Moyer has had a pretty bad year, how does he have nine wins with a 5.58 ERA? Hamels owns us but has also struggled this year. It will also be nice to see Bradley bat right-handed for two of those three games. I kinda wish he'd give up on the whole switch-hitting thing.

They're hot though, right?

I'm thinking it would be a very good idea to win tomorrow as a buffer against what might happen in Philly.

Yep. They've won their last 7 games and are 9-1 in their last 10.

Amazing game tonight! I have loved visiting the Nationals' new park. So much fun stuff to do along with great views of the field all the way around. Need Hart to give us five good innings and try and give our battered pen a bit of a rest and bring the brooms to Philly!

I don't like the Phillies' insane power versus Harden's high fastballs.
