I guess this is a form of spam, since I am promoting it but I don't profit from them, but I've given advice to some of these kids and attend these types of events so, if you want to delete it, go ahead...

 

The Chicago White Sox are hosting the Ted "Double Duty" Radcliffe Classic on Friday July 10th, 2009 at US Cellular. It's an event that pays respect towards the history and tradition of the Negro Leagues by showcasing the up and coming inner-city ball players. The elite inner-city kids from across the country will play an East-West all-star game in unforms representing the Negro Leagues.

 

Free Admission as the game begins at 1:05 PM

Free parking in Lot B

Gates Open at 12:00PM

Live Music at gate 5 starting at 11:30 AM

 

It really is an outstanding event to attend from everything I've heard as I missed last year, but I'll be there this year.

Hopefully, I'll get to get in before the gates open and meet Hank Aaron, I think ESPN will be televising the game, but I definitely know they're doing some pre-game stuff before the gates open.
