Ball 1 to Braun was a ball fwiw lol.

Haha, good luck getting anyone else to believe that

Haha I don't need to get anyone else to belive it. It was inside. And it was called a ball.

It doesnt matter because he struck out to end the game. Oh well.

So what the hell is the point of bringing it up? To confirm that a meaningless pitch was indeed called a ball?

fwiw the ump was horrible during the duration that I watched the game. My concerns are with the injuries that the Cubs have endured, not some meaningless ball/strike call. That would be like me visiting a brewers forum and bringing up a ball/strike call after they had lost Fielder, Hart, and Gallardo in a single week. I'm not calling you a troll, but it does seem pretty petty.

Because everyone was saying it was a strike and it wasn't. And yes the Ump was horrible the entire game/series. And its not trolling. And what the hell does all your injuries have to do with ANYTHING?

A. Who cares if "everyone" was saying it was a strike? (i.e. it's a subjective call so why bother being contrary at an opposing team's message board?) Everyone is going to have a differnt opinion and view of the call. You stating "it was a ball" means absolutely nothing.

B. I made it a point to say you were not trolling, but being petty. Please take note.

C. INJURIES matter because it has been an extremely frustrating week to be a Cubs fan. We've lost Zambrano, Ramirez, and Lee for the immediate future. It's nice to win a game and the last post that I want to see in such a game thread is one bickering a ball/strike call from a brewer fan's perspective. I know that everyone has their own opinion, but it wasn't even an important call.

You commenting about a single, isolated, and ultimately irrelevant ball/strike call is pointless. That's all. Congrats on the series win.

I think El Cab's post was pointless (it might have been a ball due to camera angles, but it looked pretty good to me), but all the bickering about his pretty much non-comment is just random.
