yeah that was a dumb ass move. sure, fonte has a rough split against southpaws, but Pinto can't get lefties off. His career OPS vs RH is 687 compared to 747 against LH. It's worth a chance, you don't screw yourselves over in case you get out because Reed Johnson will STILL get out 65% of the time.

So when are people allowed to start worrying? There are two Cubs right now who are doing anything and that Is Kosuke and Soriano. Everyone else is either hurt or playing well below what we expected. Being one under .500 isn't a big deal, but playing as badly as they have played for a week straight is extremely alarming.
