He caught some sort of moth and was holding it in his hands the whole bottom of the 7th and you could tell he was plotting something, he then walked over and placed in on Perry's hat and it was on there for a few minutes.

Also, the worst part is it forces Aaron Miles to start at 2nd, and there's no backup SS. It's mind boggling. I miss DeRosa more than Wood.

It was a Harry Caray-like discussion. If you were a sandwich, what kind of a sandwich would you be?

 

This ended up being a text poll asking what kind of a sandwich his broadcast partner was, followed by an innings-long discussion of food and what people are eating at the ballpark tonight.

We really need to take this game and go on a good run here. Not show up tomorrow and have a typical Cobs game after scoring 10+ runs the night before, I can see us doing something like scoring 0-2 runs tomorrow going 1-12 w/RISP and committing a few errors along the way with a bullpen implosion.
