Does anyone else see Olsen being packaged with D. Lee in a deal to SD for Jake Peavy?

 

If that were to happen, what would the Cubs do at 1B? DeRosa? Free agent? Trade?

Padres are cutting payroll so they wouldn't want Lee in return. I would be all for trading Lee and replacing him with Teixeira, but that won't happen.

 

Why does Hill have value, see Cliff Lee. Disclaimer, I don't think that Hill will put up a Cliff Lee type season next year. But that guy was dead in the water fighting for his MLB life and then he figured it out.

Sorry, I didn't mean right side literally, perhaps, I should have written preferred side, that is, teams are always looking for a LHP.
