Just got home, and holy crap Casey Dick is 5 for 6 for 106 and a TD.

 

Right as I posted that, he threw another 6 yard completion and an incompletion.

 

And Tejada, the all-american high school kicker who helped Arkansas so much last year and then got benched after two games for going 0-for-everything in FGs and PATs, has taken the job back. 10-0 Razorbacks with a little under 5 minutes left in the first.

 

Arkansas yardage: 134

Tulsa: 6

Wisconsin is playing well again. They're not nearly as poor as you guys though.

 

I was just about to post something similar. Imagine if they had played like this all year. It's one of those cases where the record belies their true abilities.

 

Arkansas just went up 17-0 on a Michael Smith TD run.

 

Arkansas yardage: 189

Tusla yardage: 6

 

I couldn't have dreamed of this happening.

arkansas plays football now?

 

anyways lame announcing in the wisconsin game. one of the michigan state guys goes up for a catch, gets laid out by two defenders, drops the ball and is laying on the ground hurt, causing a commercial break. the announcer goes on for two minutes about how the receiver has to make that catch. never mind that he is hurt.

Alabama did lose to Louisiana-Pick 'Em last year...

 

Yeah well, every team has that one loss you want to forget. To be honest I was more embarrassed about the almost loss against Houston on Homecoming last yr, then I was of UL-Monroe. Reason? Alabama was playing fire for awhile last yr, and I knew they would get burn, and UL Monroe burned Bama. But to almost lost on your homecoming, nothing is lower then that.

 

Simple truth, losing to a UL Monroe won't happen again under Saban.

Tulsa's mounting a deep drive now. 2nd and 10 from the Arkansas 26 after a 47 yard pass completion.

 

And there's a Tulsa TD. Knew it woudln't last forever.

 

Incidentally, can't yahoo gamechannel come up with better abbreviations for the Tulsa QB and RBs? :lol: Here is that last drive.

 

1st-10, Tuls16 2:16 D. Johnson rushed to the left for 3 yard gain

2nd-7, Tuls19 1:45 D. Johnson rushed to the right for 8 yard gain

1st-10, Tuls27 1:35 D. Johnson passed to C. Clay to the right for 47 yard gain

1st-10, Ark26 1:20 D. Johnson incomplete pass to the right

2nd-10, Ark26 1:17 D. Johnson passed to D. Johnson to the left for 3 yard gain

3rd-7, Ark23 0:55 J. Bower passed to T. Johnson to the right for 23 yard touchdown. J. Tracy made PAT

 

I had to go to the site and figure out who was what. Tulsa's QB is David Johnson, and they have two D. Johnsons at running back (Demeris and another David).

Haha, wow. I just looked at this week's positional player rankings on Rivals, and D.J. Williams jumped from 18th to 10th after catching 10 for 129 in last week's game. he fell from 14th to 18th the week before after getting no catches.

 

Michael Smith holds steady at #10. Jonathan Luigs remains #3 among linemen.

 

And there's the Casey Dick I know. interception gives Tulsa the ball back.
