This guy is horrible. I know nothing else about him, but he swings at the junkiest pitches imaginable.

Kendrick? I'd love to have him on the Cubs.

Are you watching him flail at junk? Certainly not in the playoffs, you wouldn't want him.

No thank you.

He's a prospect. He's only 24 and has put up some pretty solid numbers.

He didn't look good there though, I'll give you that.

Red Sox win, and the United States California Los Angeles Angels of Anahiem are now down 2-0 in this series, like in every other series.

I hope all of those go 5 (of course, including Cubs-Dodgers), I love watching must-win playoff games.

BoSox are to the Angels what the D-backs are to the Cubs.

the red sox scored 80 more runs than the Angels this season while giving up 14 more. The diamondbacks scored 40 fewer runs than the Cubs while giving up 42 more (last season). No, these things are not similar.

He's 25 actually, and he's not very willing to take walks. His OBP is VERY average dependent. Again, no, thanks.

Guys that have a tendency to swing at junk like that.....do we really see many of them "grow" into patient, well-disciplined hitters? I don't know the real stats on that, but I don't seem to see it happen very often.

Free swingers are free swingers from what I see. They don't have a good batting eye, so they swing at too much. How do you learn that at 25 when you didn't learn it since you were a teenager, or before?

Well, you're probably right there. He may not be exactly what the Cubs need, but I don't think he's an awful player. Of course, he's a 2B and we really don't need anymore of those.

Usually, when you're willing to attempt to watch those guys grow into more patient hitters, they're power hitting corner OFers... not 5 HR a year middle infielders.

If you want someone from the Angels, the correct answer is their first baseman.
