Start/Sit -- Week 3

I'm starting 3 RBs this week. Gore and Portis are two of them. Who should be the third...Julius Jones or Ernest Graham?

It's looking like Dallas Clark is healthy and is definitely going to start tomorrow, which I wasn't expecting. So, the question is...Dallas Clark or John Carlson at TE? I'm thinking Carlson this week, since we know he's healthy, they're playing St Louis, and all of Seattles WRs are injured. If Clark does OK and doesn't look like he's still favoring that knee, then he goes back to starter next week. Good idea?
