CUBS are 72-4 when they lead at the end of 6 innings

 

 

Go CUBS !!

 

What are they when they throw no hitters?

 

13-0. What do you think ??

 

The Angels lost earlier this year with a "no-hitter" that wasn't technically a no-hitter b/c they only pitched 8 innings.

 

andy hawkins threw one for the yankees in 1990, i think, too. lost by 4.

 

By 4! That's crazy!

 

He's right. The final was 4-0.

 

That had to be a kick in the nuts.

I like having nothing to worry about.

 

I'm at work and would've been a little disappointed if I'd missed all but 6 outs of back to back no-hitters.

He's still proud of the accomplishment even though it didn't go his way.

 

Incidentally, he's the pitching coach for the Texas Rangers now.
