I was thinking Marquis 1 more but oh well. I'm just worried that Wood and Marmol won't be available tomorrow vs. Philly and Cole Hamels on the mound

I just had a scary thought. What if Wood really isn't available today, and Howry comes in for the close. Don't forget, he was the only reliever not used yesterday and Lou is a big fan of putting people in key situations to build confidence.

I'm sure Marmol would be available (if he doesn't come out for the 9th, which would make Wood available tomorrow). Marmol threw 11 pitches yesterday and 16 today. If necessary, he could pitch an inning tomorrow and then be unavailable for Friday.

He did, but only 2/3 of an inning. The only BP pitcher to not pitch yestaurday was Howry.
