If that ball gets by Ethier and Schumaker is doing things correctly, he's at third at least. If it gets past Ethier and he's 3 steps off the base like he was, then he's in doubt to even make it to third.

I don't understand. Did it look at all like he wouldn't catch it? Seemed to me a tag play all the way, just a decision on whether to go for it or not, take the bat out of AP's hands.
