I got back from the store and went to Cubs.com and saw 4 runs put up in this past inning. But for a second I misread and thought the Cubs had scored four in the top of the 9th. Whoops.

I'm half-expecting a 6-spot by the Cubs this inning, just to make this game that much worse.

 

Well we've got fake rallies already. May as well add fake silver lining to the mix.

We have said this four times in the past five days.

And many many times this past year. Someone go kick some sense into this crap team.

About 2 innings ago I thought to myself: "why am I sober right now?"

 

I cracked into the Chivas a couple innings ago. Might as well go to bed feeling a little less pain.

At this point. I wouldn't mind them sending this whole team down for the AAA squad. I really dont see this team doing anything.
